Measurement & Verification
Smith & Boucher can provide 3rd party, independent measurement and verification services to assist in the quantification of implemented energy savings measures whether associated with an utility rebate, energy performance contract or LEED project. Services range from the development of M&V plans to the on-site measurement and reporting.

Smith & Boucher can work directly with utility companies to research and identify any potential rebates as well as lead the client through the rebate process.
Epact Incentives
The Energy Policy Act of 2005 in addition to the Recovery and Reinvestment act of 2009 provide for multiple tax incentives to facility owners that pursue energy implementation projects. Smith & Boucher can provide all of the documentation for owners to submit to the IRS.
