From military barracks and university residence halls to assisted living facilities and high rise residential developments, housing projects require expertise in multi-unit, large-scale development design. Additional challenges, and ultimate success of the project through time, lies in our recognition of the sometimes limited technical expertise of the maintenance staff for these facilities.
